Method: Preheat oven to 350F. Put all dry ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Put all wet ingredients in a separate bowl and mix well. Combine wet ingredients with dry ingredients and stir until you get a smooth batter. Pour the batter into greased and floured pan or 10 cupcakes. Bake in oven for about 35 minutes for cake, about 25 minutes for cupcakes. Number of servings: 4 |

Method: Preheat oven to 375F. Mix all ingredients in a Pan. Cook and stir over medium heat until the mixture thickens. Pour the mixture into pie crust. Bake 30 minutes until soft. Number of servings: 2 |

3. Cauliflower with mornay sauce Ingredients: 2 bananas 1 tbsp soft brown sugar 2 tbsp pecan nuts |

Method: Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C. Boil cauliflower in a pan until tender and then drain the water. Put butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add flour and stir for 1 minute. Gradually add milk and bring to the boil. Simmer for 5 minutes or until the sauce the thickens. Remove from heat. Add 1/2 cup cheese and salt and pepper according to taste. Put half the sauce in a bowl. Place cauliflower over mixture and remaining cheese in a bowl. Sprinkle breadcrumb mixture oncauliflower mixture. Bake for 25 minutes until golden brown. 4. Rice nog Ingredient: 1 cup rice milk 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp pinch nutmeg 1 tsp vanilla extract 1-2 pinches xanthan gum 1 whole clove |

Method: Mix all ingidients together except xanthan gum. Cook and Stir well for 5 minutes. Add xanthan gum, and warm again. Bring to boil until the mixture thickens. Pour into a large cup and serve immediately. Number of servings: 4 |
