1. Meat Burger Ingredients: 1 lb. hamburger meat 1 lg. onion 1 lg. green pepper 2 stalks celery 2 tbsp. vinegar 1/2 cup ketchup 1 tbsp. flour 1 1/2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/4 tsp. chili powder 2 tsp. water 2 tsp. brown sugar |

Method: 1. Add all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl and mix thoroughly. 2. Divide the mixture into 10 parts and make each portion into a ball. Sprinkle some flour on each ball. 3. Cook in oven for 5-8 minutes. Serve with a hot barbecue sauce. Number of Servings: 6 |

2. Boneless chuck roast Ingredients: 3-4 lbs. boneless chuck roast 1 tbsp black pepper 1 pkg. dry onion soup mix 1 can cream of mushroom soup |

Method: Place foil in pan. Then put meat, onion soup mix, black pepper and mushroom soup cream on top of foil. Cover with foil. Cook at 300 degrees for 2 hours until tender. Serve with sauce. |

3. Chic Meat Ball Ingredients: 1 lb. Lean ground beef 50 g Bread crumbs 1 tbsp garlic salt 1 tbsp pepper 1 lg. onion, quartered 2 Carrots, sliced 1 Green pepper Sauce 25g Brown sugar 1 tbsp. Cornstarch 1/3 cup Water 1/4 cup White vinegar 1 tbsp. Soy sauce 1 Chicken bouillon powder |

Method: Make 9-10 medium sized meat balls. Heat oil in large fry pan. Fry meatballs until brown. Remove and keep aside. Pour off all but 2 tbsp of fat, add vegetables and stir fry over medium heat for 12 minutes until crisp. Sauce Mix cornstarch in water. Add sugar, cornstarch, vinegar, soy sauce and chicken bouillon powder in a small pan. Bring to a boil, stir constantly until thick. Put vegetables and meatballs and serve over rice. Number of servings: 10 |

4. Meat Loaf Ingredient: 1 lb beef 1 egg 1/2 cup ketchup 1 cup breadcrumbs 1 g onion 1 tbsp garlic paste 1 tbsp Worchesire sauce 1 can mushroom soup |

Method: Mix all ingredients in a bowl except mushroom soup until properly blended. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Top with mushroom soup bake for more 8 minutes. Number of Servings: 5 |
