Dear Customer Service
This is in regards to cable service which I had recently installed in my residence. While I have your standard service package I would like to add the Pay-Per-View option. The problem with this is that the information your company provides does not give clear details of the pricing structure for PPV service.
I have contacted your customer service representatives on different occasions during the last week, and have had little success in gathering information. Each time I call the service rep gives me a different pricing schedule for PPV service.
I am asking that you send me a current pricing list for Pay-Per-View listings and how to order them.
