I am moving into the Hometown community within the next month. My new landlord has told me that each apartment in my building is responsible for their own electric use and meter. With this notice I wish to set up electric service so that it is ready upon my arrival.

I am planning on moving into the apartment by February 18, 2009. I would like to have service on by that date. Please let me know what deposits you need to start the service in my name. The former occupant is Dorothy Piano.
