Dear Customer Service
I am writing in regards to the following account (#0000-000-00000-0).
During the week of February 15 through February 21 my service was interrupted four of the seven days. After calling in each day, repairs were made and I was informed by the customer service representative that my account would be credited for the days I was without service.
I received my cable bill this afternoon. My account has no mention of a credit listed, due, or pending. As I was unable to use your service I would like to be issued credit for the inability to access my cable. Please credit my billing statement accordingly on the next statement.
