Letter requesting annual report of charitable organization

Recently your organization sent me a solicitation to contribute to your organization and its cause. Since I believe in your cause, I decided to research further. I have already checked with your state to verify that you are a legitimate charitable organization.

Before I proceed further with any monetary donations, I would like to have a copy of your most recent annual report and federal form IRS 990/990PF sent to my address. I would also like to receive information concerning the percentage of funds raised by your organization which are paid to professional fundraisers.
