On the 18th of February this year I notified your company that I was cancelling my service. The following day I returned the cable box, which was signed in by the clerk at the local office. I was informed that I would be given credit for the cable box and the $50 deposit would be returned to me via mailed check to the service address.
It has been five weeks since I returned the cable box and I have yet to receive my deposit refund. The service address, and the account number are listed below.
