Letter confirming reservation with special needs

Dear Mr. Books

I want to thank you for your quick response to our questions regarding plans to stay at your resort during March of this year.

Per your assurances, we are requesting a reservation for a two bedroom nonsmoking housekeeping unit on the ocean-front side of the resort. In your letter you guaranteed the availability of a nonsmoking room in this class, or an upgrade to a nonsmoking suite or cottage at your cost.

Please find enclosed a check for the amount of $300 to secure the deposit for our stay. The nightly room rate was quoted at $300 plus tax. Your published policy allows us to cancel the reservation and receive a full refund if we cancel with a 48 hour advance notice in writing.

Our family plans to arrive at your resort on February 1st in the early afternoon and will be leaving on the morning of Saturday February 7th.

After checking in, we will sign up the children for some of the appropriate activities listed in your current brochure. We would also like to arrange for an in-room babysitter for Monday, February 2nd from 6PM until midnight.

I look forward to your confirmation of our reservations, and to our visiting your resort.
