General bill of sale, with installment payments

Date of Sale: March 7, 2009

This letter constitutes the entire agreement between Joe Smith (the Seller), and John Smith (the Buyer) for the sale of the following item(s):

ONE (1) DELL COMPUTER SYSTEM The full purchase price as agreed upon by both parties is $1,200. Of which, the Buyer has paid the Seller an agreed upon deposit of $300. The balance due being $900. The balance owed is to be paid in full by the date of: December 7, 2009. The Buyer agrees to make nine (9) payments of $100 per month which is due on the 7th day of each month until the item(s) is/are paid in full. The Buyer shall take possession of the item(s) at the time of final payment. The Seller warrants that they are the legal owner of said item(s) and that such item(s) is/are free of all liens and encumbrances.

The Seller disclaims any implied warranties as to the condition, salability, or fitness for certain use of the item(s) with the item(s) being sold in AS IS condition.
