The welcome letter for a tourist resort is basically an advertisement, with a few added advantages in that you can spell out services and house rules, etc.

Note: Any advertisement of services is covered by advertising, business and consumer law. The best layout is a simple, easy to find things, like a brochure. Set up your headings according to your needs, but keep everything clear. When drafting your welcome letter, less is usually better. Make sure your welcome letter looks good, and says what you need it to say. The example below is for a tourist Bed and Breakfast backpacker hostel. Note: in some tourist areas, the local Tourism Commission or other body may be able to help you prepare good, high quality, materials. |
