Thank you letters

Thank you letters are more than a courtesy. They're part of your business relationship with the recipient. In many cases they're also a chance to show your appreciation of extra effort and hard work.

Important:

Always be specific when giving the reason for your thanks.
Thank you letters can have a generic form, but must be individualized.

Thank you letters should:

  • Identify the service provider and services given
  • State the reason for the thanks
  • Express appreciation effectively

Note that the example below gives only the writer's own reference and is formally written to the CEO of the other business regarding their staff.
