My wife, Joan, and I booked a cruise with your agency. We have reservations on the Castle Cruise from the port of Los Angeles for November 16 through the 25th.
Unfortunately, my wife will be going into the hospital for surgery at that time and we will be unable to go on the cruise. Per your advice, we had purchased your Hassle Free Travel Insurance policy. |
According to the policy terms, we are able to cancel the cruise and receive a full refund of the advance payment because of a medical condition. I enclose with this letter, a statement from our physician, Dr. Lynn Todd, confirming the surgery.
Please send the check to me at the address above. After Joan heals from the surgery we are planning on attempting this cruise again.
