Letter requesting the status of a rebate

Dear Customer Service

I sent in the required forms and receipts for a $50 rebate from the Franklin Cookware Company on January 24, 2009. As I read on the paperwork, I should have received the rebate check in the mail within six weeks.

As of March 15, 2009 I have as of yet to receive the rebate check.

Please find attached a copy of the receipt of purchase as well as a copy of the rebate form which was sent to your company.

Can you please advise me as to when the rebate check should arrive at my address?
