On January 28, 2009 we sent a deposit to reserve a house on Nantucket for the week of July 20 to the 27th. Our confirmation number is 0000-00-0000JUL20.

Unfortunately for us, a family problem has arisen and we will not be able to go on our vacation at that time. We are asking to please cancel our reservation and return our deposit. |
Under the terms and conditions of your rental agreement, we are due a full refund of the deposit because we cancelled more than sixty days before our arrival date.
Could you please send the refund check to the above address?
