On January 28, 2009 we sent a deposit to reserve a house on Nantucket for the week of July 20 to the 27th. Our confirmation number is 0000-00-0000JUL20.
Unfortunately for us, a family problem has arisen and we will not be able to go on our vacation at that time. We are asking to please cancel our reservation and return our deposit.
Under the terms and conditions of your rental agreement, we are due a full refund of the deposit because we cancelled more than sixty days before our arrival date.
Could you please send the refund check to the above address?
