On January 24, 2009 my wife and I purchased a Sony twenty-four inch model 6SJL-0000 television from your store. I am enclosing a copy of the sales receipt as proof.

As both my wife and I are in our eighties we needed the help of one of your store associates to load the television into our car. Fortunately a neighbor was able to help bring it into our home. The problem occurred when we plugged the television in and realized we had bought a defective item.
I am writing to you to ask if someone from Valu-Rite can come to our home and pick up the television to return it to the store for another. |
We are frequent shoppers at Valu-Rite and have been since the store opened many years ago. We appreciate the service and specials which your store extends to seniors in the community, and hope that you can accommodate us with this problem.
