Our organization, Citizens for Community Preservation, hopes to hold our first meeting of the year on March 15, 2009. For the past five years the Hometown Village Memorial Library has graciously allowed us the use of the Community Room for our meetings. We are asking if this agreement can be renewed for 2009. We would greatly appreciate the use of the Community Room from 7:30 PM to 8:30 PM on March 15, 2009. We are expecting no more than 50 people to attend the meeting at this time. |
As in past years, we are more than willing to contribute books and other non-monetary resources to aid in the library's efforts to continue its mission in the community.
