Dear People
In January of this year I used 20,000 frequent flyer miles to obtain a round-trip ticket from Philadelphia to Houston, departing on January 28 and returning on February 5.
Because of a family emergency, I was forced to cancel that trip. Upon my review of my most recent statement from Freedom Airlines I found that it does not reflect the cancellation of the trip or have those miles been credited back to my account. |
I would ask you to please update my account accordingly.
