Letter asking about rental rates for an event

We would like a price quote for the rental of the James Memorial Skating Rink for a party for parents and children from Fairlawn Elementary School. We are looking for a weeknight in January or February from about 5 PM to 8 PM.

We would like a price that includes the use of the facilities and a discounted rate for skate rental. We estimate that around 100 - 150 children and 100 adults will be attending.
