I recently placed an order by mail to be sent to my daughter in college. The order arrived in good time and in good condition, but when I received the credit card statement with this purchase on it I noticed a difference between the listed price and the price I was charged. I am enclosing a copy of my original order
The denim jacket, item #000-0000-0, is listed on page 32 of your fall sale catalog with a price listed as $95.99. The original price of the jacket was listed as 119.99, which is the amount listed on my credit card statement. I have been charged the original price instead of the sale price.
I am asking if you could please adjust my credit card for the $25 overcharge.
