Human Resources scorecards are targeted measures of HR performance in particular areas. They're directly related to the performance of HR policy initiatives, training, workplace monitoring, and other fundamental HR functions. They're basically management tools, customized to the needs of the organization. HR scorecards are also used in planning, creating measures of success in relation to goals. In many cases the HR scorecards are used as KPI trackers, and can be targeted to specific job functions, sections, and department tasks. |
