1. 2. No sizeable part of the corporation's activities shall represent propaganda or otherwise attempt to influence legislation, or any other initiative or referendum to the public. The corporation will not take part in, intervene through publication or statement any political campaign on behalf of or against any candidate of public office.
3. Apart from any other conditions of this document, the corporation shall not take part in any other activities not permitted by (a) an organization that is exempt from federal tax under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, corresponding section of any future federal tax code, or (b) contributions that are deductible under section 170(c)(2) of the Internal Revenue Code, or corresponding section of any federal tax code.

The corporation will have no members. Corporation management of affairs shall be managed by a Board of Directors, as defined in the corporation's bylaws. No Director will have any right to any title, interest in or to any property or other rights of the corporation.
