A will is a legal document and it is imperative the writer of the will does not makes any mistakes. When writing a will one should be straight and to the point. No elaboration is necessary. Some wills are short and simple, while others are more complex and in-depth.

Examples of Will Writing:

A short, will leaving possessions to one person, and appointing an executor.
A complex will, defining entitlements of beneficiaries.
A standardized will ''form'', assigning assets to beneficiaries.

Note: In many countries, a will must have certain formal features, must be witnessed, an executor must be appointed and probate must have been granted for the executor to carry out the terms of the will.
