Rights based ethics are derived from the concept of human and civil rights, which form the basis of ethical practices. The principle of rights relates to the belief in human equality and entitlements to justice. These concepts are then translated into physical situations as working principles establishing the rights of parties for the purpose of deciding social issues and cases relating to the situations of individuals. They are in effect a form of structured approach to these matters both in abstract and in fact. |
