Social skills and competences  I am very calm in stressful situations and can make decisions quickly in order to treat an animal or save that animals life. Working as an on call emergency vet, I have seen many emergency situations and have experience treating a variety of problems. I am very compassionate when speaking with grieving pet owners and offer assistance beyond what is normally expected to help them through dealing with their loss.
    
Organisational skills  I have many years experience operating a veterinary business with a small team of doctors. This included all book keeping responsibilities, employee scheduling, training and payment.
