Social skills and competences  I have greatly improved my social skills over the years. Initially these skills weren’t exactly up to par, as I have grown prone to working alone and only consulting others when needed. I continue to work on these skills daily, as I am aware of the importance of social skills.

Organisational skills  In this field it is pertinent to have these skills. As an intern and as a student, I have practiced good organizational skills. Also while interning I developed a filing system to keep record of drawing and other important documents.

Technical skills and competences   My technical skills are at a higher level than my peers. I have worked with a large variety of drawing tools. As an intern, I worked with compasses, electronic drawing pads, and other minor drawing and landscaping equipment. During my free time, I enjoy making repairs to small equipment ranging from automobiles to televisions.

Computer skills and competences  My computer skills are average. I possess only a user’s knowledge of most computer programs, but I am very proficient with AutoCAD and a host of other drawing and designing software.

Artistic skills and competences  In my spare time, I assist my father with the layout and designing of his building structures. Although I am not studying architectural work, I know the experience gained here will be very helpful in the future. I have also maintained a blog about my studies for the past 3 years, and will this updated as I excel throughout my career.

Other skills and competences  I have a substantial amount of experience in the industrial industry. I worked in paper factories and warehouses during the summers of my college years. I also was certified to inspect products before the final inspection before shipping. I wouldn’t mind managing a warehouse of my own someday.
