Social skills and competences  I have many years of experience working with children and engaging them in discussions about their feelings and their environment around them. I have an encouraging manner that comforts students inviting them to speak freely and comfortably in my office. Parents and teachers also respond positively to my advice and I have been asked to speak at several conventions on counselling high school and primary school students.
    
Organisational skills  My organisation skills include maintaining detailed records of all the students I counsel as well as information about their family, course schedule and other details. I organise several after school groups for students and parents that plan group activities and outings for 20+ adults and children.
