Please find a shirt enclosed with this letter. I purchased the shirt off of your website last week. Please also find enclosed the copy of the sales receipt and shipping documents.
I was able to wear the shirt twice, and then washed it. I made sure to follow the manufacturer's cleaning instructions precisely. I washed the shirt in cold water and air dried as directed. After the shirt had dried I discovered that the shirt had developed six holes along the seams and the collar had torn.
Under the conditions of your ninety-day return policy from your website, I am asking for a credit to be issued for the full purchase price.
