This acronym refers to the GCSE Physical Exercise Programme (PEP). This is an exercise program created by the student, using a model which is based on a structured approach to meeting fitness needs. The program is in effect an academic exercise, explaining the program, the methods and types of exercise to be used, and the anticipated benefits of the program. Each part of the program is based on a given series of requirements, and includes elements of training principles, training methods, and related information. |
