Thanks for wedding gift to couple who attended wedding

Dear Mark and Lisa

Thank you for your very thoughtful wedding gift. When Roger and I had dinner at your house last spring we had noticed and admired your collection of fine Haskins knives. While we really were not hinting that we would like some of our own, we certainly were thrilled to receive a set of our own.

I would also like to say that it was wonderful seeing you at the wedding; it meant a lot to both Roger and myself that you were able to be with us on our special day.
