Dear Chief Macy
Our son Joshua was involved in the very serious accident at the Crossbridge Shopping Center on the night of January 15, 2009. Fortunately, his injuries were relatively minor and he will fully recover.

I wanted to thank you and the fire department's emergency medical technicians for their professional assistance to Joshua.
Your EMT's had the scene organized within minutes, and got right down to the critical job of helping those who were hurt. Their quick action enabled our son to get the timely medical treatment he needed. I am sure they saved some lives that night.

I realize that the EMT's are professionals and this is their job, but I hope you will pass along our thanks and appreciation for a job well done.
