While I have rarely relied on others for basic needs such as food, within the last six months I have had the need to rely on your services. And while I do not usually write a thank you letter for being in need, I do want to thank your staff and the volunteers for providing this service.
I have come to appreciate the contact I have with your volunteer people who deliver my daily meals as well as the understanding staff at your office who have been willing to provide answers to my questions and concerns.

This last time it was not. Fortune Insurance allows a copayment of $15 for use of generic drugs to fill prescriptions. They charge a sliding scale of up to $45 for name brand drugs. I am guessing my husband did not notice the charge when he picked up the prescription for me. I do not like paying for pretty little pills and fancy TV advertising.
After taking care of the nutritional needs of myself and my family for over five decades it was hard at first to become accustomed to meals provided by others. I tried cooking for myself, but have found that I just do not have the ability I once had. So I wish to thank you for your assistance.
