This letter is in reference to the house at 450 High Road. It has been near six months since my family has moved from that address, and I have as of yet to receive the return of my security deposit for $800.

Under the terms of your lease agreement, this deposit was to be returned to us no later than sixty days after the day we returned the keys to you. I am sure that you are aware of the condition of the house both before and after we lived there. I am also sure that you know the condition when we left was the same as upon our arrival.
I expect to receive a check from you by the end of December or I will need to consider the use of legal action against your company.
