I would like to submit an application for membership to the Hometown Historical Society. I would also like to receive information about current events and happenings of the group along with the meeting schedule for this year.

I was an active member in the Historical Society in the early 90's and had to resign for personal reasons at the time. I am free to renew my membership and be an active contributor to the organization once more.
