Letter Seeking Special Needs Menu for an Elderly Person at Restaurant

Dear Sir

Coming up on February 23rd our family will be attending a 21st birthday dinner for our daughter Megan.

This last time it was not. Fortune Insurance allows a copayment of $15 for use of generic drugs to fill prescriptions. They charge a sliding scale of up to $45 for name brand drugs. I am guessing my husband did not notice the charge when he picked up the prescription for me. I do not like paying for pretty little pills and fancy TV advertising.

Her grandmother is currently on a low-sodium and low-cholesterol diet as prescribed by her doctor. What I want to know is if there is a way you can provide a special menu selection for the grandmother so she can still feel as if she is a part of the feast. I believe either a vegetable or a steamed vegetable and rice menu will work well for this occasion. Please contact me if you wish to discuss any ideas about the menu choices. I can be reached at (000)000-0000.

Sincerely
Marc Burns
