Dear Parks Manager

I am writing as a part of a group of residents who live near the East End Park. We would like to gain permission to have a family celebration around the Fourth of July for the residents of our neighborhood. This would take place from 1 PM and would end after the fireworks near 10PM.

We are planning food and games. We have arrangements for tables, tents, garbage cleanup, and emergency services if they are needed. We have also contacted the mayor's office to find which permits we would need to apply for. Please send me the needed forms and requirements at your earliest convenience.
