Letter seeking information about parents weekend at college

Dear Student Life Office

Our son has recently informed us of a Parent's Weekend at Hometown College next month. We would love to come and spend time with our son while seeing the school he has chosen to attend.

We would need to know about accommodations for overnight stay and meals while we are in town as we are coming from out of state. This way we can have everything arranged for our visit and enjoy every moment with our son.
