I am writing to ask if you would be willing to speak to our members during one of our monthly lunch meetings. As you know we are gearing up for the growing season and many of our members are always looking for new tips and tricks on how to improve their gardens.

While we were discussing upcoming events and meetings, a few members asked if we could get you to speak to our group. I would like to know what available dates you would have and would be willing to schedule. We hold our monthly meetings on Thursday usually around noon. You are more than welcome to have lunch with us if you choose. We always have a fun time.
