After consulting with my doctor and being told I need to do something about his advice by my sons, I have decided to join a gym. I would like for you to send me information about all of your programs and facilities please.

I have one question to address. If, during the course of the membership, I must be out of the area for an extended period of a month or more, would your membership policy allow me to suspend my membership while I am away?
