As per your instructions, I am formally requesting that the absentee ballots for the upcoming election be sent to my parents Morgan and Julliet Freed. Their address is listed below.

I understand that I will need to have my signature on the ballots witnessed by a third person and that the ballots must be postmarked before the election deadline.
