Professor Tom Brown
College Hall
Community University
Hometown VA

Dear Professor Brown

I am writing to schedule a meeting with you about one of my classes. I am in your Physics 101 class in the mornings from 8:30 - 10:00 on Tuesday and Thursday. I am having trouble understanding some of the principals which you presented over the past two weeks.

As I am sure that these principals are important to the remainder of the coursework, and as this course is important to my overall college success, I would like to discuss with you any possible ways to help me understand the information better.

I am available any day after 4 PM, and except for Tuesday and Thursday any mornings until ten. I also have a half hour window immediately following your class if this helps. Please let me know what the best time is for you. My cell number is (000)000-0000 and my email address is rbull@example.com

Thank you for your time.

Sincerely
Redd Bull
