I am requesting a duplicate copy of the account statement for the month of February. The original copy was damaged in the mail which made it unreadable upon arrival.

I understand that Hometown Community National Bank charges a $10 fee for duplicate copies of monthly statements. Please charge my account with this fee, and I will make note of this in my account ledger.
