I am writing because I feel that someone has to make you aware of a possible health code violation which may be starting here in our building. The problem is the potential of a fire hazard.

The neighbors across the way in apartment 205 have formed a habit of building up a pile of trash about every thirty days. For the past several months, I have seen bags piled outside their doorway which is mostly removed once a month. I say mostly because there always seems to be a bag left behind. They remove the older bags but always seem to keep the most current bag.

I have brought this to my neighbor's attention on many occasions. Thus far the advice has been ignored. Because of this I am worried about a growing health and safety violation with their apartment.
