Late last month I sent back a blouse which had shrunk several sizes after being washed for the first time. I had asked that the full purchase price be credited to my charge card.
I received the credit card statement in the mail this morning. I noticed immediately that I was not given the full amount of $45.95 for my purchase. I received a credit of only $32.50. Please fix this accounting mistake.
