I recently was a guest of honor at my birthday celebration at your restaurant. We had a marvelous evening.
I was particularly fond of an appetizer we ordered. I believe it was oven baked pasta with meat and spinach.

Would it be possible to get the recipe? I don't often try to duplicate something I enjoy at a restaurant, but this was an extraordinary dish. I promise not to open my own restaurant, and to make regular visits to Marshall's in search of other favorites.
