Letter asking about off-campus housing

Dear Student Life Office

I am planning on attending classes at the Milton School of Business as a graduate student this fall semester. I have decided to not use the on-campus community for my residence at this time.

I am writing to ask if you could please send a list of private residences or apartment complexes that you would recommend to students wanting to live off-campus while attending school at Community University.
