Dear Sir or Ma'am
I would like to set reservations for an ocean-side two bedroom housekeeping unit from February 1st through February 7 of 2009.

First though I will need confirmation that the hotel is willing and able to guarantee that we can get a non-smoking unit.

The reason for this need is that my six year old has allergies to smoke and smoke residue. If you are able to assure us that we will be able to get a nonsmoking unit, I will be happy to make our reservation as soon as possible.
Could you please advise me in writing about the availability of this request. We will respond with a deposit.
