Letter asking a business to give a demonstration for seniors

Dear Store Manager

I represent a large group of senior citizens here at the North Hill Commons Senior Complex. We, as a group, consider ourselves somewhat computer literate although we may have fallen behind with the speed of new gadgets coming out every day.

I would like to know if it is possible to have someone from your store come to North Hill Commons to give a demonstration on the latest computer technology and internet uses. While I cannot promise a sale, I am sure that our group will be wanting to work with a local company for future service and emergency needs as they arise.
