Dear Customer Service

Recently I returned a jacket to you after more than a year had passed since I had bought it from your catalog. I had returned the item because I had decided that the original purchase had been a mistake. And although your catalog stated a return policy guarantee, I was unsure if you would follow through with the policy after a year's time, even though it stated the guarantee would be honored at any time for any reason. Now I am sure that it is, because not only did you allow return of the jacket, but you also credited my account for the full purchase price.

The Cutting Edge has made a believer, and certainly a future customer, out of me. Thank you.
