Example of Writing in Second Person

Second person point of view is told from the perspective of 'you'. It is very uncommon for writers to write in second person, it's too personal and addresses the reader directly. Second person point of view is often used in blogging.

Examples of Writing in Second Person:

'It is best you place your bid on the horse less popular than to choose a horse you feel everyone else is rooting for.'
'As you read this book, notice your emotions beginning to come to the forefront. Logic has no place here.'
