| i used to work as a customer care representative and i had just got a promotion to the sales team. my sales were not up to par and i had to keep going to training. i was given a warning and after that i took a different approach to the sales pitch and in hence improvement on my performance |

In my previous job as a software programmer I worked their for more than 40 hours.
I was supposed to sit on the computer for the whole day.Duing luch time if i took break more than 30 min my team leader told me to come 5 min earlier not 5 min late.
Due to this i had a pain in my neck and i was unable to came in time in morning. |

i used to work as a custoner care representative in one profound organisation
there was this time i had returned from my maternity leave and a was just adjusting to mother hood
i kept reporting at work ten or five minutes later my team leader had noted downmy routine where by i never compensated for the time i got late
i was given a stern warning letter and after one months time i started coming in half an hour in hence improvement on my perfomnce |
